You agree to keep all materials, including but not limited to the manuscript, cover art, and plot details, strictly confidential until the official release date. You may not share, sell, or distribute the ARC in any format (digital or physical) to anyone else.

The manuscript is the intellectual property of Brook Wright and is protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized sharing, uploading to pirate sites, or AI training using this manuscript is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Reviews are the lifeblood of an author's launch. By receiving an ARC, you agree to:
- Post an honest review on Amazon, Goodreads, and/or BookBub within 48 hours of the release date.
- Provide direct feedback to the author if you find significant typos or formatting issues.
- Maintain your status on the ARC team by consistently providing reviews.
5. Release Date Compliance
The ARC is provided ahead of the official release date. To ensure a successful launch, you agree to the following:
- Do not post your review on retail sites (Amazon, etc.) until the specified 'Review Day' or release date.
- Reviews on Goodreads and BookBub can be posted as soon as you finish the book.
- Do not share plot spoilers or 'leaked' content before the public release.
6. Removal From ARC Team
The Author reserves the right to remove any reader from the ARC team at any time and for any reason. Failure to comply with any of the terms outlined in this agreement—including missing review deadlines, breaking confidentiality, or failing to provide feedback—may result in immediate removal and disqualification from receiving future ARCs.
7. No Compensation
Participation in the ARC team is voluntary. Readers will not receive any financial compensation for their reviews or feedback. The sole item provided is a free, advance digital copy of the book for the purpose of reading and reviewing.
